Do I get access to all programs?

Yes, you have access to all of the current and future programs added to the app.

Can I mix programs?

Yes, Each track is written as a stand alone program, though you can mix/blend pieces from multiple programs to perfectly fit your goals.

Is there a long-term commitment?

No. With 24 hours notice, you can cancel free trials or monthy memberships at any point.

Where is the best place to ask questions?

The private facebook group is the best place to ask questions. It is also the hub of our community, and a place we will put out information and updates. If you need to reach us directy you can reach us at info@ibextrained.com

How do I cancel?

Cancel at any time. There is no cancelation fee, or commitment. To cancel your free trial or membership contact us at info@ibextrained.com. Please contact us at least 24 hours piror to billing. Once your cancellation request is received, memberships will be canceled at the next billing cycle. Our billing system is separate from the app itself, so changing your information in the app will not cancel your subscription or update your credit card. Once billed there are no refunds or partial refunds.
